You'll be greeted with a sweet and fresh first impression, thanks to Alina's bergamot, pink pepper and clove bud oil, along with warm amber and vanilla. Then comes a more floral, sweet, and powdery centre with jasmine and orris butter, before finally an undercurrent of olibanum and patchouli leave a deep and woody lasting impact.

Why go solid?
Lush perfumer Alina explains, “the balm base in solid perfumes acts almost like a slow-release mechanism. It helps the fragrance sit closer to the skin, warm gradually, and evolve gently over time. The result is a softer, longer-lasting scent that feels like it really becomes part of the wearer.”

**There are only around 500 perfumers in the world. Three of them work at LUSH and create the unique fragrances of our products.

We do not test our products on animals and we only purchase ingredients from suppliers who are not in any way involved in animal testing. Not only we do not support such practices but also each year through the LUSH Prize of 250,000 British pounds we reward initiatives across science and campaigning that work to end or replace animal testing with alternative testing methods.
