This mingling of relaxing lavender, rose and calming chamomile blue is inspired by an ancient medieval recipe. Luckily, someone had the forethought to jot it down. To cleanse, perchance to dream. Aye, here's the rub! Finely ground almonds exfoliate while lavender and rose leave skin feeling enchantingly tranquil. When you add water to ground almonds they create a soothing almond milk that keeps skin serene while you gently scrub.
Take a pinch of cleanser and a little water in your palm and work together into a paste. When you're happy with the texture, massage over the face and body before gently washing away.
