BOX NOW

Deliveries to a BOX NOW locker in Sofia are on the same day for orders placed before 4 PM Monday-Saturday and outside Sofia – on the next day (excluding Sunday and national holidays).

Speedy

Deliveries with Speedy are on the next business day for orders placed before 4 PM Monday-Friday and for orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday – on the second business day.

However, as each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these time estimates may vary, especially during busy periods, so if you do not receive your shipment by the end of the second business day after the day you placed your order, please contact us at 0882-648-644 or contact@lush.bg so we can check what is happening and make sure you receive your products as soon as possible.

FEE

Delivery to a BOX NOW locker is free for a promotional period.

ATTENTION! For deliveries to a BOX NOW locker with “Pay on delivery” there is no option to pay in cash. Payment is by card through a link which you will receive by email together with the confirmation for the sent parcel.

Delivery to an address or a Speedy office or locker in Bulgaria is 5 BGN for orders up to 100 BGN and free for orders above 100 BGN. Delivery to Romania is 10 BGN. For delivery to a Speedy office or locker please specify it in the delivery address. The fee is the same.

PACKAGING

It is not plastic! Your LUSH products are packaged in LUSH boxes made of recycled and recyclable cardboard and secured with Greenfill chips – a packing material made of cornstarch which biodegrades quickly in water and soil. Solid products are shipped naked, liquids and creams – in minimal packaging made from 100% recycled and recyclable plastic.
