Delivery Information

TIMING

In normal circumstances, deliveries are on the next business day for orders placed before 3 PM Monday-Friday and for orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday – on the second business day.

However, as each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these time estimates may vary, especially during busy periods, such as holiday shopping and freshness sales, so if you do not receive your shipment by the end of the second business day after the day you placed your order, please contact us at 0882-648-644 or contact@lush.bg so we can check what is happening and make sure you receive your products as soon as possible.

PRICE

The price for delivery is calculated according to the courier's rates depending on the type of delivery you choose – to an address, office or automat – and whether you have chosen to use Speedy cash on delivery or not. You will see the price you will have to pay for delivery before you confirm your order.

PACKAGING

It is not plastic! Your LUSH products are packaged in LUSH boxes made of recycled and recyclable cardboard and secured with Greenfill chips – a packing material made of cornstarch which biodegrades quickly in water and soil. Solid products are shipped naked, liquids and creams – in minimal packaging made from 100% recycled and recyclable plastic.
