At LUSH we believe that you have the right to choose whether we should refund your money or offer you a replacement if you have received a defective product or one that does not match its description. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and contact us at 0882-648-644 or contact@lush.bg.

If you would like to cancel an order which has not been shipped yet, we will refund your money. For that purpose, please contact us as soon as possible.
