At LUSH we believe that you have the right to choose whether we should refund your money or offer you a replacement if you have received a defective product or one that does not match its description. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and contact us.

If you would like to cancel an order which has not been shipped yet, we will refund your money. For that purpose, please contact us as soon as possible.
