This website is operated by LUSH Bulgaria Ltd. When you use this site and/or order products from it, you agree to these terms and hereinafter any reference to "we", "us" or "our" refers to LUSH Bulgaria Ltd.

We hope you will enjoy our site. We work day and night to ensure that it is as useful, convenient and enjoyable to our customers as possible. Sometimes things can go wrong but we get to work fixing them right away, so if you notice any errors, please email us at contact@lush.bg as soon as possible. You can also call us at 0882-648-644.

Because all our products are fresh, handmade and contain many fresh natural ingredients, each batch may look a little different. This means that, despite our efforts to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible on our website, the product you receive may be slightly different in appearance from the image on your screen, given that the colors may also look different on different monitors.

ORDERS

Before placing an order, you will need to register and then login. Everyone is entitled to one client account. You can safely send LUSH products to your friends but you will need to complete a separate order for each different address.

In very rare cases, if our equipment betrays us or we make an honest mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Although we cannot be held responsible for this, we will do our best to resolve the case and bring a smile back to your face.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours and then another within 24 hours of your order being sent.

Submission of an order is legally binding but it does not affect your legal user rights. For more details, you can read our Return Policy.

If we reasonably believe that a customer has violated these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel their order. This includes not paying for ordered products or misusing our website. We also reserve the right to block certain email addresses and phone numbers from accessing our site for the purpose of placing orders.

AVAILABILITY

All our products are made so fresh that in some very rare cases we may not be able to deliver what you have ordered. But do not worry, we will offer you an alternative or give you back your money, whatever you prefer.

PRICES

The prices quoted on our site are in Bulgarian levs and include VAT.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by bank cards and payment to the courier upon delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, graphics, trademarks, logos, product names, sounds, music, video interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, works of art and source code, including but not limited to the functioning, type and perception of this content on the site, are property of the respective owners and are protected by commercial, copyright, patent and trademark laws, as well as by various other intellectual property rights and competition laws.
